Delivery Terms

Where we deliver. We currently deliver to Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. Orders to other countries cannot be placed at checkout at the moment; if you are elsewhere, please contact us at [email protected].

Costs. The delivery options available for your address and their costs are shown in the basket and at checkout before you pay. Collecting your order yourself in Rīga, where offered, is free of charge.

Carriers and pickup. Orders are shipped by parcel service (including Omniva parcel terminals where selected at checkout). Where offered at checkout, you can also collect your order in Rīga — we will email you when it is ready and confirm the pickup details.

Delivery time. We dispatch orders once payment is confirmed (or, for pay-on-collection orders, once the order is confirmed). You will receive an email when your order has been shipped. Unless another delivery time is stated, we deliver no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Checking your parcel. Please check the packaging when you receive it and let us know at [email protected] if anything is damaged or missing.
