Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you may return products within 14 days of receiving them without giving any reason.
- Tell us you wish to return the product by emailing [email protected] (please include your order number), or use the model withdrawal form in our Terms and Conditions.
- Send the product back to us within 14 days of telling us. We will confirm the return address by email. You bear the direct cost of returning the product.
- We will refund the price and the standard delivery cost no later than 14 days after receiving your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the product back or proof that it has been sent.
Please return the product with all parts and, where possible, in its original packaging. You are only liable for any loss in value caused by handling the product beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Faulty or damaged products. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us at [email protected]. You have the rights provided by law for goods that do not conform to the contract, independently of the 14-day withdrawal right.
